I am excited to announce that this Winter and Spring of 2020, I will be conducting a series of Kabbalistic Sound Bath Immersions.
Together, we will experience the resonance and transcendent impact of MediSounds®, a powerful sound meditation system based on the use of our own voices vocalizing tones that impact our physical, psychological and spiritual beings. MediSounds aids in reducing anxiety, alleviating depression by enabling a connection to a greater reality.
We will discuss how healing and integration can be approached simply, using the power of our own vocalizations dedicated to produce a profound meditative state.
Most of all we will join together as a group and community, something which we all could use more of in this day and age.
Our first event will be held on Thursday January 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the aptly named Center for Remembering and Sharing (123 4th Ave., 2nd Floor – New York, NY, between 12th and 13th Streets). We are asking for a $20 suggested donation to help defray the costs for producing the event, but it is open to all even if you cannot afford to make a contribution.

These MediSounds® events will be sponsored by the Great Octave Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to promoting the use of MediSounds as a pathway to awakened consciousness.
It is our aim to present the Kabbalah Sound Bath Meditation monthly . The next two scheduled events are:
February 20th in Soho7at the Elbaz Gallery 77 Mercer Street, New York NY and at
March 7th Unison Arts, Mountain Road, New Paltz on March 7th. Details to follow.
